Following the launch of Beat Intelligence Network (BIN), the new record label from Dubstep FBI, bass music fans are getting their first taste of what is to come with the release of Another Yoi Song EP from Versa.

This two-track project, featuring the original and a high-octane VIP version, officially kicks off BIN’s release schedule, setting the tone for the label’s mission to showcase cutting-edge underground bass music.

The collaboration between Dubstep FBI and Versa has been years in the making, with the rising producer making a name for himself on festival stages like EDC Mexico, Forbidden Kingdom, and Rampage Open Air.

Dubstep FBI, initially founded as a content platform, has expanded its influence through editorial coverage, event takeovers, and now, a full-fledged record label. With BIN, they aim to give artists like Versa a platform to unleash their most hard-hitting productions, reinforcing their commitment to bass music’s growing scene.

"Another Yoi Song" immediately grabs attention with its signature yoi bass design, an element rooted in drum and bass but popularized in modern dubstep and riddim. The track’s crisp snares and hi-hats build into an earth-shattering drop, delivering relentless energy that has made it a fan favorite at live events.

Meanwhile, the VIP version takes the intensity even further, featuring rapid-fire synth chops, robotic sound design, and chaotic basslines designed for dancefloor destruction.

"For as long as I have been producing, I have wanted to make a track that sounds like a group of yoi basses singing together," Versa shared. "'Another Yoi Song' is a collection of my favorite yoi’s layered together, playing a little tune. After playing it out live a couple of times, I decided to make a higher-energy version using the original idea as a fake-out, and that is how the VIP happened.

The VIP version first surfaced during Versa’s explosive back-to-back set with FuntCase at Lost Lands, quickly becoming a staple in his recent performances. The track’s high-energy impact has been felt at major events, including his Denver headline show and Dubstation Massacre, solidifying its place as an essential selection for bass DJs.

With BIN now in full swing, Another Yoi Song EP is just the beginning of a larger rollout of underground bass anthems.
