Message From Our Founder

I want to personally provide you with another update on our progress. While many delayed orders have now shipped, I know some of you are still waiting for your deliveries, and I want to be completely transparent about where we stand.

Our transition to a new manufacturing partner has taken longer than expected. Most styles are either in production or have already shipped, but two categories need additional time:

• Crop hoodies are expected to be production-ready within 7-10 days.
• Hoodie dresses are experiencing 1-2 week delays.

Now that we can speak more openly about the events since April: our former manufacturing partner of 11 years weren't truthful about their relocation, they closed their California facility and began brokering orders to a third-party manufacturer without our knowledge. When production fell significantly behind, we discovered the full extent of their misrepresentations and downright fraud. This resulted in substantial financial losses for multiple brands, including ours, and sadly forced some companies to close permanently.

We have now partnered with one of the largest and most reliable all-over-print manufacturer in North America, aligning with our core values and standards. By late September, we'll introduce guaranteed production times of 2–5 business days on all items. As of September 2025 we are back to Made in America.

Currently, all delayed and new orders are in production and being expedited. Until our new guarantee begins, all newly purchased made-to-order items will ship within 5–10 business days, with many shipping even sooner.

This has been the most challenging period for iEDM since we launched in 2014. As a small business, we weren't prepared for this situation, but we're determined to emerge stronger and continue serving the community that has supported us for over a decade.
