WonkyWilla Brings Wonksgiving Charity Event To Texas

Bass innovator WonkyWilla will host his inaugural Wonksgiving charity event on Wednesday, November 26th, at Vulcan Gas Company in Austin, Texas.

This show will merge his signature sound with a philanthropic mission designed to give back during the holiday season.

The centerpiece of Wonksgiving is a collaboration with Texas CASA, the statewide network supporting Court Appointed Special Advocates.

Two dollars from every ticket purchased will go directly toward CASA’s efforts to train volunteers who represent children navigating the foster and court systems. These advocates are instrumental in ensuring young voices are heard and protected in difficult circumstances.

Fans attending the event will also be invited to contribute to a food and clothing drive. Donors will be entered into a raffle for a signed merchandise bundle and two passes to ILLfest 2026, further linking the charitable component with the broader festival community.

Diving into the event’s purpose, WonkyWilla emphasized that Wonksgiving was designed to bring people together like a holiday homecoming while tying music to charitable initiatives that inspire connection, generosity, and a sense of belonging.

The announcement caps a year of rapid growth for WonkyWilla. His headline “Get Wonked” tour sold out venues across North America, and his summer included major festival appearances at Electric Forest, Bass Canyon, Ubbi Dubbi, and ILLfest.

Alongside his touring schedule, WonkyWilla surpassed 13 million streams on Spotify and is preparing to release West Coast Wonk Vol. II, showcasing his inventive approach to bass and hip hop-inspired production.
