Innovative electronic music artist Tokyo Machine is entering a new phase of his career with the release of his five-track EP FACTORY RESET.

Out now via Monstercat, this project breaks from tradition with the producer’s first-ever voice reveal and a more performance-driven sonic identity. This release is designed not only as a listening experience but as a concept built for the live stage.

After years of total anonymity, the masked producer officially unveils his voice alongside the EP’s release through a 10-minute video answering fan questions about his journey, creative influences, and touring highlights. The voice reveal invites fans deeper into his world, offering a new level of personal connection that had previously been left to mystery.

The EP’s rollout coincides with the launch of his CHOMPO Tour, a debut headline run hitting major cities across North America and Asia, and featuring support from artists including Teminite, Akeos, Skybreak, and Boom Kitty.

The project’s title captures the creative reset behind it. Rather than a collection of streaming-optimized singles, FACTORY RESET offers a cohesive listening arc modeled after a high-impact live set.

From the intense glitch bass of “THE FURIOUS” to the seismic breakdowns in “SCREW UR FACE UP,” the EP centers around sonic transformation.

“MVP” stands out as one of the EP’s most aggressive offerings, fusing laser-cut synths, distorted guitar layers, and explosive dubstep drops into a full-throttle centerpiece.

Earlier singles “LOCK N LOAD” and “WATCH OUT!” previewed this direction with their blend of dubstep, color bass, and video game-inspired themes.

The visual concept follows suit, showcasing Tokyo Machine as a cybernetic figure undergoing transformation. The EP’s cover art features him inside a dystopian lab surrounded by wires and machinery. This updated persona underscores the project’s message of reinvention and technical evolution.

Tokyo Machine’s influence spans multiple sectors. He has accumulated over 300 million streams, received an international Gold Record, and partnered with global platforms such as Red Bull, F1, Fortnite, and Sony.

FACTORY RESET is a reintroduction to an artist pushing the boundaries of modern bass music. As Tokyo Machine continues to evolve, the EP marks a definitive point in his artistic timeline, merging immersive visuals, advanced sound design, and live energy into a bold sonic statement.
