iEDM Partners with St. Jude's Children's Hospital For Cancer Research

The holiday season is a time that is about giving back. In spirit of the season, iEDM is donating a portion of every purchase to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.

"St Jude's holds a special place in our heart and this year we wanted to make a lasting impact," Anthony Ulvanosky, founder of iEDM, said.

The culture around dance music is one filled with communal values and giving back to those in need.

"We wanted to make a difference and they are one of the best run charities out there because the donations reach the people who need it," he said.

Many families have to go through the struggles of a cancer diagnosis. St. Jude's mission is to find cures for cancer and other catastrophic diseases for children through research and treatment. 

Cancer is the leading cause of death for U.S. children; however, more than 80% of U.S. childhood cancer patients now become long-term survivors.

"I lost some close family members due to cancer this past year and it opened my eyes to the pain and heartbreak of the disease,” he said.

All sales beginning this December will be donated at a rate of 1% per sale. There is no limit on how long this will go on either.

It is important to note that it's St. Jude's mission to ensure that parents who cannot afford to pay for their children's cancer treatment do not endure that burden. St. Jude's pays and covers 100% of the medical bills for their patients.
