SHIPPING POLICY
Updated October 2026. Every iEDM order is made to order in the USA. Production takes 3-5 business days. Shipping then takes 3-7 business days with USPS Ground, 1-3 business days with USPS Priority Mail, or 1-2 business days with USPS Express. Most US orders arrive in 6-12 business days with Ground, 4-8 with Priority, and 4-7 with Express.
In 2025, a change of manufacturing partner caused production delays. That transition is complete, and orders now leave production within 3-5 business days.
How long will my order take?
Total delivery time is production time plus shipping time.

Ready-to-ship items leave within 1 business day. Upgrading to Priority Mail or Express speeds up shipping, not production. If you need your order by a specific date, email customerservice@iedm.com before you buy and we will tell you what is realistic.
How long does production take?
Production takes 3-5 business days. Each piece is sublimation printed, cut and sewn in the USA after you order, so nothing sits on a shelf. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.

Does iEDM ship internationally?

International shipping times are estimates. Customs clearance can add time and is outside our control.
Duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict or refund these charges.
When will I get tracking?
You get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves production. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to show movement after it is issued. While your order is in its 3-5 business day production window, tracking is not available yet. That is normal.
Can I change my shipping address?
Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. If you spot a mistake, email customerservice@iedm.com right away. If your order has not entered production, we will correct it. Once it has shipped, a package returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped at your cost.
What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?
If tracking shows delivered but you do not have the package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. For packages damaged in transit, email us photos of the item and the packaging within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
