Shipping Policy
How long will my order take?
Every iEDM order has two parts: processing time (we make it) and shipping time (the carrier delivers it). Add them together for your total.
Our apparel is made to order with sublimation printing, so nothing sits on a shelf waiting. Processing takes 1–10 business days depending on the item and current volume. Ready To Ship items move fastest.

Upgrading to Priority or Express speeds up the shipping half, not the processing half. If you need an order by a specific date, email customerservice@iedm.com before you buy and we will tell you what is realistic.

International delivery times are estimates. Customs clearance can add time and is outside our control.
Duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict or refund these charges.
Tracking
You will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show movement after it is issued.
If your order has not shipped yet, tracking will not be available. That is normal during the processing window.
Shipping addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.
If you spot a mistake, email customerservice@iedm.com immediately. If your order has not entered production we will correct it. Once it has shipped, a package returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped at your cost.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If tracking shows delivered but you do not have the package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan.
For packages damaged in transit, email us photos of the item and the packaging within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
