Production and shipping

How long does iEDM take to ship?

Production takes 3-5 business days. Shipping then takes 3-7 business days with USPS Ground, 1-3 with USPS Priority Mail, or 1-2 with USPS Express. Most US orders arrive in 6-12 business days with Ground, 4-8 with Priority, and 4-7 with Express. Ready-to-ship items leave within 1 business day. Full timelines are on our Shipping Policy page.

Why is iEDM made to order?

Every all-over-print piece is sublimation printed, cut and sewn in the USA after you order. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which is how we offer hundreds of designs from independent artists.

Were there shipping delays in the past?

Yes. In 2025, a change of manufacturing partner caused production delays. That transition is complete, and orders now leave production within 3-5 business days.

Does faster shipping speed up production?

No. Priority Mail and Express shorten the shipping time only. Production takes 3-5 business days for every shipping method. If you need your order by a specific date, email us before you buy and we will tell you what is realistic.

How much does shipping cost?

USPS Ground is $6.95 and free on US orders $125 and up. Priority Mail starts at $19.95 and Express starts at $49.95. International shipping is $30.00 USD and free on orders $200.00 USD and up.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, iEDM ships worldwide. After production, shipping takes 3-10 business days to Canada and 4-12 business days to other countries. Duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

How do I track my order?

You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves production. You can also check status on our Order Tracking page. Tracking is not available during the 3-5 business day production window. That is normal.

Sizing and products

How do I find my size?

Every product page has a size chart with exact garment measurements, so match your chest, waist, and length with a tape measure. Our Size Charts page covers every garment type in one place. Between two sizes? Most ravers size up for a looser festival fit.

Will my print glow under blacklight?

If it's from our Blacklight Ready collection, yes. Those pieces are printed with UV-reactive inks that react under 365nm festival blacklight. Standard prints stay vivid in daylight but won't react under UV. The product description calls out blacklight reactivity every time.

What are iEDM clothes made of?

Our all-over-print apparel is made in the USA with eco-friendly inks and moisture-wicking recycled micro-polyester, so prints stay bright and the fabric breathes through a full set.

What should I wear to a rave?

Whatever lets you dance for hours: breathable tops or tanks, comfortable bottoms, broken-in shoes, and a layer for after dark. Our what-to-wear guide breaks down complete looks for men and women.

Is there a dress code at raves and festivals?

Almost never. Most US festivals ban only two things: costumes that imitate police or security uniforms, and full nudity. Check your event's site for specifics before you pack.

Returns, payment and rewards

What is your return policy?

Made-to-order items can come back within 30 days of delivery as long as they're unworn with the original hang tags attached. A few categories are final sale, including clearance, mystery boxes, and masks. Start any return or exchange at our Help Center.

Do you price match?

Yes. iEDM offers a 110% price match guarantee.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay and Afterpay.

Do you have a rewards program?

Yes. You earn points on every order through our Rewards Program, and you can give friends $20 through Refer a Friend.
