10 Must-See Miami Music Week 2022 Showcases

Miami Music Week is only a couple days away and this year's lineup of showcases is incredible. The monumental week is celebrating its 10th anniversary after a two-year hiatus. Ahead of Ultra Music Festival, music fanatics from around the world will spend the week at showcases hosted by Brownies & Lemonade, Dim Mak, Deadbeats, Proximity, DJ Mag, and more. These labels will takeover countless Miami music venues and clubs from March 22-27, 2022. With so many options to choose from, followers of bass, techno, house, dubstep, and more can find the event that best suits their rave aesthetic.

Brownies & Lemonade Miami

Friday night is a great time to switch up the vibes from house to melodic EDM and even some harder bass artists. At the helm of Brownies & Lemonade showcase is the spectacular duo of Louis The Child. Leading up to this performance are sets of Whethan, Yung Bae, Devault, Habstrakt, and more. The concert starts at 10 pm on March 25 at Soho Studios Warehouse, an innovative venue for special events with a giant dance floor.

Deadbeats vs. Cyclops Recordings

Capping off the insane week of shows is perhaps the best lineup of them all. Occurring at Soho Studio on March 27, the Deadbeats vs. Cyclops Recordings showcase is equivalent to the same talent seen on festival lineups. Zeds Dead B2B Subtronics and Boogie T B2B Dirt Monkey are only two of the mesmerizing B2B sets that will be witnessed throughout the night. Wrap up your weekend with an extreme assortment of heavy bass, wubz and riddim.

Dim Mak Miami

After hours on hours of house bangers, your next move is to hit up Dim Mak’s showcase at the Oasis Wynwood on Saturday, March 26. The venue is a vibrant collection of scenic bars and eateries surrounding a performance stage. It reflects the artistic culture present throughout Wynwood and its people. Steve Aoki is a legend in the EDM community and will be headlining the event. The Dim Mak founder will be joined by DJ powerhouses such as KSHMR, Showtek, and Riot Ten.

DJ Mag Poolside Sessions

There’s no better way to kick off Miami Music Week than hanging at an immense pool party with some of your closest friends. DJ Mag is hosting a jam-packed day of house music at The Sagamore on Wednesday, March 23. The hotel’s pool area is surrounded by lush palm trees and is directly in front of Miami Beach. The lineup consists of Andrea Olivia, Dennis Ferrer, Vintage Culture, John Summit, and many more.

DJ Mag Asia Presents: Benny Benassi, Dada Life & Markus Schulz

Just a few hours later, the Asian branch of DJ Mag will be putting on a show for the ages at E11EVEN. The energetic, neon-lit night spot features trapeze dancers and burlesque shows in addition to the performing DJs. E11EVEN’s three headliners, Benny Benassi, Dada Life, and Markus Schulz, are a staple of the EDM community, having each been in the business since the early 2000s. Attendees will witness the perfect balance of their origin music mixed with their recent projects.

Green Velvet Presents: La La Land

Gear up for an epic pool party on Saturday, March 26 with Green Velvet’s La La Land. With a lineup chalk-full of raw talent, you are guaranteed to have the time of your life. Accompanying Green Velvet, La La Land will feature sets by Gene Farris, Justin Martin, Katrella, Mihalis Safras, Moon Boots, Nasser Baker, Rebuke, and Shiba San. This star-studded group will be performing at the National Hotel, which is more like an island getaway resort. The hotel is layered with crystal clear pools, palm trees, and tiki huts.

Heldeep Pool Party

Music fans will be gifted with the unreal lineup of the Heldeep Pool Party on Thursday, March 24. Heldeep Records creator Oliver Heldens will host the event and be joined by his most talented colleagues. The lineup features ACRAZE, James Hype, Joel Corry, Kyle Walker, CID, and others. Heldeep’s showcase will be held at the Nautilus by Arlo, a prestigious Miami hotel with a massive rectangular pool.

Jamie Jones Presents: Paradise Miami

To compliment the deep house vibes of Oliver Heldens, Jamie Jones is putting on a full night of tech and minimal house. Jamie Jones isn’t the only household name performing on Thursday, March 24. He will be joined by the likes of Hot Since 82, Wheats, Luciano, Archie Hamilton B2B East End Dubs, Ben Sterling, and a handful of others. One of the coolest parts about the showcase is its location: Factory Town. It is one of South Florida’s newest outdoor venues on the border of Hialeah and Miami.

Sonny Fodera Presents: Solotoko Miami

The only way to bounce back from two days of nonstop shows and partying is to keep the party going with the Solotoko takeover. You will not want to miss Sonny Fodera and his team making waves at the Sagamore Hotel on Friday, March 25. The showcase consists of performances by Biscits, Brazilian duo Dubdogz, Hayden James, Torren Foot, CID, Kyle Kinch, and Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs. With a lineup this immaculate, Solotoko’s pool party is sure to blow you away.

Thrive Music & Proximity Present: Galantis

Thrive Music and Proximity plan on jumpstarting the last day of Miami Music Week by presenting attendees with Galantis and friends. Dombresky, SIDEPIECE, Fedde Le Grand, Dillon Nathaniel, and Moore Kismet are just some of the big names at the showcase. The event will take place at Hyde Beach, an illustrious hotel with a huge open layout featuring a turf section and a lap pool on Sunday, March 27.
