Datsik Cancels All Shows And Is Dropped From Label And Management Following Rape Accusations
The last 24 hours, we have watched a career meltdown happen before our eyes.
Datsik was accused of sexual assault and then others began to come forward with horrifying stories allegedly taking place on his tour bus, back stages and at after parties.
Following these accusations, tweets began to ravage the internet from all across the country. Photos of back stage passes with the word "TULSA" written on them began circulating with girls claiming they were given them to come hangout after the show.
What is TULSA backwards? ASLUT.

Datsik, whose real name is Troy, was on a cross country Ninja Nation Tour along with Space Jesus, Riot Ten, and Carbin.
Accusations were made of Space Jesus too, but then he immediately made a statement and dropped off Datsik's tour.

Shortly after, Riot Ten and Carbin dropped off the tour too, with an announcement that the rest of the Ninja Nation Tour was cancelled, and that Datsik had dropped off every festival line up too.
The rest of the EDM community began to speak out.
Female artists like Rezz, Alison Wonderland and Krewella tweeted their two cents.
Finally, Datsik made a statement. It started with "Yo everyone." And continues to call himself a "vibe reader."
This screen shot of a private message definitely shows his "vibe reader" skills.
More and more horrible stories began to surface. There are women from across the country who spoke of occurrences of being asked to come to his tour bus after the show and that they had to give up their phones.
Then friends and artists such as Flux Pavillion, Bassnectar, and Excision, who have worked closely with Datsik even chimed in.
Before his Twitter account was frozen, people dug up old disturbing tweets where he used the term very loosely rape on several occasions.
The #MeToo movement has brought light to a scandalous music culture. Unfortunately instances like this have been happening back stage for years, but finally people are using their voice and taking stand.
Bassnectar wrote a lengthy post encouraging feminism earlier today.
Innocent until proven guilty, however it's safe to say Datsik's career is probably over. His own label, Firepower Records, released a statement earlier today saying he has stepped down and Sharra Grace, co-owner and long time girlfriend of Datsik, will be taking over.
Circle Talent Agency and Deckstar both cut ties with him, and all of his upcoming festivals and shows are officially cancelled.
Hilarious memes have began to surface and the internet trash talking is like rapid fire. However, the most important thing is that women are finally speaking out and artists are taking stand on the importance of consent and the #MeToo movement.
