Volkoder Promises Lots Of Tech House, Dancing & Happiness in iEDM Interview

| October 21, 2018

With an already impressive discography in just a few years, Volkoder's new How I Talk EP is out and it was a great addition to his run of standout tech house monsters.

Volkoder is undoubtedly making a name for himself in the scene, "I'm very excited about it, and very committed to keep going," The Brazilian house music and evolving artist shared with iEDM.

When I asked him what he was doing differently to stand out, he said "I focus on making my groove very characteristic" and we can surely agree he is making a difference.

He just recently signed under the Dirtybird label, "It's a dream come true for me! I'm very happy about it."

Volkoder has had 15 tracks on Beatport 100 on this year alone, that's huge! "It's very good when the music has the people's acceptance, including Beatport!"

With artists such as Carl Cox, Jamie Jones, Claude VonStroke and many more have been dropping his songs in their sets, "I've been listening to these DJs since I started, so watching them play my songs is truly amazing."

His latest EP release consists of two tracks; "How" and "I Talked" both tracks with a catchy beat that you wont be able to rid of. This is how Volkoder describes both tracks to our readers.

"I made the track "How" with a groove that had just enough percussion and a powerful vocal that together are made to make it impossible to stay still."

Well definitely he accomplished that with such groovy track. "I Talked" also started with a cool base, but I wanted to have a different impact."

"I've really liked what I've seen; I'm very happy with the release," Volkoder added when I asked how he felt on the responses from fans. This gifted artist is just getting started.

"I have several releases already prepared," he said.

Sadly, his U.S. fans might have to wait a bit longer for a U.S. tour "I've never been to the U.S. so a tour would be amazing. No plans yet though."

I'm sure the wait will be worth it, right?. As for 2019, we asked him what fans can expect.

"Lots of tech house, dancing and happiness," he exclaimed.

"The best part of this is knowing what I'm doing is heartfelt and the people like it. Music is my life!"

We agree with him as he leaves his heart on the stage by dropping some groovy sets at festivals and shows.

A big shout out to Volkoder and his team for taking the time to give iEDM and exclusive interview. Can't wait to team up again in the future. Follow Volkoder on Twitter, Facebook, Soundcloud, and Spotify.
