Top 10 Favorite Music Festivals of Fall 2018
If you were traveling this summer and were lucky enough to go to Tomorrowland, can we trade lives? I mean at least a perk of missing one of the biggest music festival in the world is that I don’t have post festival depression.
The FOMO is real though, don’t get me wrong. This is list is for all the people who had to spend the entire summer waking up, going to work, and going to bed early to get up for work. Fall will be our season!
10. North Coast (Union Park, Chicago, IL - Aug. 31 to Sept. 2)
For those who missed out on Lollapalooza, here’s your chance to make up for it. OK, everyone who already have tickets for this festival, please upload Vulfpeck’s set thank you.
9. Ezoo (NYC, NY - August 31 to September 2)
Taking place over labor day weekend, E-Zoo will be celebrating its 10th anniversary at Randall’s Island Park. Might as well party with Boombox Cartel, Test, and Destructo while you explore the big apple.
8. Resonance (Thornville, OH - September 21 to 23)
The music festival has been held annually since 2015, and each year every aspect of it continues to improve. Resonance features lives visual artists that create an experience that inspires and sparks imagination.
7. CRSSD (San Diego, CA - Sept. 29 to 30)
Line up includes Louis The Child, Mija, Kiiara, CRSSD does a fantastic job of bringing in-demand artists as well as underground acts to Downtown San Diego’s Waterfront Park.
6. Dirtybird Campout (Modesto, CA - October 5 to 7)
Part summer camp, part music festival. What’s not to love? This time, the camp will be located at the Modesto Reservoir Regional Park so take full advantage of all the water fun while you can.
5. Our Music Festival (Civic Center, San Francisco, CA - Oct. 20)
Brought to the EDM community by 3Lau and Zedd, the first ever OMF will be featuring some of the biggest names in hip-hop and dance music.
4. Escape: Psycho Circus (San Bernardino, CA - Oct. 26 to 27)
Skip the KitKat bars and go trick or treat for Kandie this year at Escape. A southern California favorite. With headliners like Martin Garrix and Diplo on this year’s line up, you’ll wanting to be at all four stages.
3. Dreamstate SoCal (San Bernardino, CA - November 23 to 24)
A great way to spend Thanksgiving weekend if you ask me. What better way to forget that you’ve gorged yourself on turkey and mash potatoes than to trance out at one of the biggest Trance festivals southern California has to offer? Actual line up TBA.
2. Hulaween (Live Oak, FL - Oct. 26 to 28)
Who needs friends to invite you to Halloween parties when you can just go to Hulaween and make new ones? Hopefully, ones that will invite you to more Halloween parties because let’s be honest, Halloween is now a three week holiday.
1. Imagine Festival (Atlanta, GA - Sept. 21 to 23)
East Coast’s favorite aquatic fairytale returns in September. If you didn’t have a chance to indulge your inner mermaid or an excuse to use all of the glitter you’ve impulsively bought at Sephora, now is your chance.
