5. Two Friends
When the biggest acts in the EDM industry say these are the guys to keep an eye out for, they aren't kidding around. Getting high praise from The Chainsmokers, Martin Garrix, and many others, Two Friends are establishing themselves as the guys who are changing the festival game.
Matt Halper and Eli Sones are best buds who push each other to bring it--day in and day out. At the Billboard Hot 100 fest, Halper and Sones put together a set that made fans rush to the beach stage in a hurried frenzy. It got crazier and crazier as the set went on, drawing a big crowd which made insiders take notice. They are songwriters that the dance community is quickly embracing after a long journey to . Delivering a strong showing at the festival, there is no doubt that Two Friends will continue to ride their momentum for the rest of the summer season.
4. Bhad Bhabie
Yes, you read that correctly.
Hear us out before cashin' us outside in the comments section. How'bout 'dat? Danielle Bregoli, the 15-year-old viral sensation known as Bhad Bhabie, put on a show that got people talking for the rest of the festival.
At the end of the day, if you are getting people talking about you constantly, you are doing something right. Sorry haters.
Say what you want about her; Bhabie won't be silenced. She was booed off the stage earlier this year after Yellow Claw introduced her as a surprise guest at EDC. At Billboard, she held her cool after fans were throwing their bracelets at her while she was performing. Bhabie kept going, despite dealing with a hostile environment that wouldn't let up.
It doesn't matter if you don't like her music; nobody should be trying to hurt a performer who was paid to put on a show. Bhabie put on a show, and it was one of the more memorable ones that came out of the Hot 100 fest. A person had to be there in person to understand the experience.
It is a testament to Bhad Bhabie for powering through, and still getting a good portion of the crowd behind her. You have to respect that.
3. DJ Snake
Snake is a living legend, and it is no surprise that the DJ knows how to deliver an epic showing in a fashion only he knows how.
As one of the festival's main headliners, DJ Snake made sure to bring his A-Game to let the music industry know that EDM is to be taken seriously.
Snake didn't disappoint, and knew how to control the crowd in the palm in his hands. The main stage was flooded with eager fans who were happy to shake their butts and rave really hard later into the evening.
DJ Snake was a hard act to follow. Future had to take the stage after DJ Snake made everyone turn way way. Snake could have easily closed out the second day of the festival with no complaints from the fans in attendance.
2. Krewella

You think an insane rainstorm is going to stop Krewella from killing it?
Think again.
Jahan and Yasmine Yousaf are professionals who embrace the chaos. The sisters didn't let long flights or bad weather stop them from putting on one of the best performances of the festival.
As the rain came down with unmatched fury, Krewella played on, and had a blast doing so. Instead of running for cover, the crowd stayed with them and danced the night away. It was a memorable scene, and Krewella covered all of their classics which made them household names on the dance scene. Any festival with Krewella on the lineup is extremely lucky to have them.
1. Cheat Codes

The guys of Cheat Codes are here to play, and are No. 1 on our countdown.
Combining sick beats with live performances that gets the crowd going; there is no denying that Cheat Codes made sure everyone had an amazing time at the Billboard Hot 100 Festival this year.
Jumping in to fill Kehlani's spot on the lineup, Cheat Codes effortlessly delivered a set that gave the crowd everything they wanted and more. Kehlani, who collaborated with Adventure Club for a remix of "Undercover," pulled out from the festival due to an illness.
The trio also showed their homegirl, Demi Lovato, serious love with a touching performance of the song that helped put them on the map, "No Promises." The crowd was moved by their sentiment, as everyone came together to wish Lovato long-term health and happiness.
