10 Anticipated Sets At Dirtybird Campout 2018

| September 27, 2018

Dirtybird Campout is a week out and we are counting down the hours until we're under the Cali sun dancing and capture the flag. The Dirtybird OGs will be there to host another awesome campout, plus some new to the crew favorites.

This year premiers a new location featuring a reservoir, which means we expect unicorn floaties and house music. Grab your swimwear and rave wear and close out summer 2018 with splashing in the water with the squad to your favorite beats.

Here are iEDM's 10 most anticipated sets for Dirtybird Campout 2018.

10. Mikey Lion

The Desert Hearts king will be reppin' his crew at this year's Campout. Mikey Lion and the Desert Hearts crew curate their own incredible boutique festival featuring 72 hours of house, love and techno on an Indian Reservation in SoCal.

9. Yheti b2b Toadface

Reppin' the trippy bass, this wubby b2b set will be a break from 120BPM. Expect to get weird on the dance floor. These two are known for popping up to play the secret sets too.

8. Chris Lake

"Turn Off The Lights" is hands down one of my favorite tracks of 2018. I love the vocals and the the sexy drops. With over 6 million plays on Spotify already, this track has proven to be another hit record under Chris Lake's belt. (Read iEDM Interview with Chris Lake HERE.)

7. J.Worrra

J.Worra holds it down as one of the few women on the lineup. Her tech house style gets people moving. Her summer track "Hourglass" is a sexy after hours beat we can't wait to hear her drop live.

6. Eprom

Often seen on bass heavy lineups, Eprom is beloved in the dubstep and bass community. This set may bump the hardest of the entire festival. I can't wait to see him mix his collab with Bassnectar called "Pineapple."

5. A-Trak Hip Hop Set

His brand new house track "DJs Gotta Dance More" dropped this week and has over 1M plays on Spotify. We can't wait to see A-Trak dance to some hip-hop beats for this special genre themed set.

4. Honeycomb

If you don't know who Honeycomb is, watch this video to explain a Honeycomb in his natural environment. Stumbling upon this beatboxing king's set will be a favorite for those who don't know him.

3. Walker & Royce

"Dance With Me" has been one of the top tracks of 2018, and continues to be a favorite track that everyone drops. This collab with Chris Lake goes down as one of our favorites.

2.  Barclay Crenshaw

Claude Von Stroke is not on this list, because that is obvious. We all will be at Claude's set because he's the founder of the event. But his alter ego, Barclay Crenshaw (which is actually his real name) is doing a spacey set with hip-hop beats.

1. Fisher

Fisher also claimed #1 for the Top Tracks of Summer 2018. "Losing It". Officially released in July, the track already has over 9M plays on Spotify. He closed out EDC going to b2b with Chris Lake, but we're excited to see what his solo festival set will bring.
