| February 26, 2017

Skill and recognition doesn't come over night. It takes hard work, sacrifice, passion, and dedication to get there. These five artists have given all of that and more to reach this position. The originality of their music unquestionably expresses who they are.

1. Rezz

On the rise, our techno queen caught the attention of Deadmau5 and Skrillex. There hasn’t been a sound or a look quite like hers yet.  2016 was a big year for her, and she started 2017 hypnotizing Holy Shippers with her electronic Rezzstep.

She’s made it quite far since she started producing in November of 2013, and has even released some music on Mau5trap. This year, you’ll find her touring the nation on line-ups for Buku, Bonnaroo, Shaky Beats, Electric Forest, and more.

2. Space Jesus

Space Jesus “explores the electronic auditory universe in search of lower frequencies, future feels, and fire beats.” His music will elevate your existence and take you on a journey through the cosmos. He’s already thrown down at massive festivals such as TomorrowWorld, MysteryLand, and Shambhala. Catch him at Sonic Bloom, Okeechobee, Buku, and more to come.

3. Ganja White Night

This Belgian duo produces hybrid electronic music, and doesn’t just stick to one genre. Originality is their forte Their music will have you propping your feet up one moment, and head banging the next. In 2014, they released their fourth album which was “tinted with hip-hop.” They traveled many countries in Europe and beyond. This year they are doing a huge nation wide tour in the USA stopping at festivals such as Okeechobee, Electric Forest, Bonaroo, Buku, Euphoria, Shaky Beats, and Summer Camp.

5. Crywolf

Last but certainly not least, is a jack of all trades. As a producer, vocalist, and mulit instrumentalist, Crywolf has gotten support from Ellie Goulding, Skrillex, and Bassnectar. He doesn’t care to bend around a genre and has over 100 million plays across several major platforms. His last album, Cataclasm, was released in 2015 debuting in the top 10 on Billboard electronic. Plans to tour through Middlelands, Shaky Beats, Firefly, Electric Forest and more has set 2017 up to be a very busy year for him.
