As Miami Swim Week continues expanding beyond traditional runway shows and afterparties, one event is challenging long-held assumptions about what nightlife can look like.

This Sunday night, global wellness and community movement Daybreaker will bring its “HEATWAVE” sauna rave experience to The Standard Spa, Miami Beach, closing out Swim Week with an immersive gathering built around music, movement, heat, recovery, and human connection.

Presented alongside PARAISO, the organization behind Miami Swim Week’s modern evolution, the event replaces conventional nightlife staples with guided sauna rituals, cold plunges, dance, and communal wellness experiences.

Running from 8:30 PM through 11:30 PM, guests will move throughout The Standard’s waterfront wellness campus, flowing between hydrotherapy spaces, steam rooms, cold immersion experiences, poolside social areas, and a high-energy dance floor.
