Electric Zoo Shocks Ravers With The Long-Awaited Drop Of Its 2023 Lineup, Featuring GRiZ b2b Zeds Dead, John Summit b2b Dom Dolla, + More
For EDM fanatics, it has been hard not to get at least a bit antsy while waiting for this year's Electric Zoo lineup to drop. Well, we have come to find out the wait was deserved, given that Electric Zoo has just released a godly roster of over 100 renowned dance music acts.
Ushering in a thrilling new theme — Electric Zoo: Hyperspace — this iconic festival has also unveiled that there will be five brand-new stages that will span across its home of Randall's Island, located in the heart of New York City. On Labor Day weekend, from Friday, September 1st, to Sunday, September 3rd, E-Zoo is guaranteed to deliver the experience of a lifetime.
One of the most shocking announcements encompassed in the lineup reveal is the world premiere of Everything Always, a captivating new concept by John Summit and Dom Dolla. These house maestros will go back to back on Sunday to close out the weekend.
Kicking off E-Zoo, Chris Lake and FISHER are set to make their inaugural festival performance under their famed Under Construction marque. Complementing them will be Kaskade and deadmau5's project, Kx5. They will be joined by the likes of tech house prodigy Mau P, bass wizard Excision, melodic guru Said The Sky, and a special “Chasing The Golden Hour” sunset act from GRiZ.
With the news of GRiZ's touring adventures going on hiatus in October, E-Zoo Hyperspace has tripled up on the saxophone-wielding superstar. He will perform a solo set on Saturday and headline Sunday with a remarkable b2b lined up with E-Zoo alumni Zeds Dead.
On Saturday, techno duo CamelPhat will put the crowd in a trance, along with a bass-fueled set from NGHTMRE. Other standouts are a mind-bending WAKAAN takeover headed by Liquid Stranger, a breathtaking live performance from Stephan Bodzin, new-wave house legend Matroda, ZEDD, and Timmy Trumpet, to name a few.
Although some major Day 3 acts have been mentioned, there are plenty of additional artists to be aware of. Boogie T b2b Dirt Monkey will be delivering a plethora of wubs for all the wooks in attendance. Meanwhile, house veteran Green Velvet, Grammy-winner Tiësto, HI-LO b2b Eli Brown, and Major Lazer will be collectively tearing it up.
Prepared to execute a mesmerizing sunset performance, Nora En Pure will lead a Purified Records takeover on Sunday as well, making its New York festival debut.
