iEDM's Official Elements Festival 2023 Guide

Elements Music and Arts Festival is only a few days away. The still-young festival is returning to the Raceway in Long Pond, Pennsylvania, August 11-14, with new stage designs, an updated camping experience, more things to do, and an unbelievably stacked lineup.

As you put the final touches on your ever-evolving game-plan, iEDM has compiled a one-stop official guide to answer any questions you may have about the basics of attending Elements.

Cancellation Policy: The festival will take place rain or shine. Please keep up-to-date on weather reports and plan your attire and preparations accordingly.

Re-Entry Policy: All guests are allowed re-entry into the festival. However, only vehicles parked in the Park & Camp/Commuter Parking Lot are allowed to leave and reenter the venue. Vehicles parked in the Car Camping and RVs will not be allowed to reenter the venue once they exit.

Allowed + Prohibited Items

Campground Vehicle Requirements

RVs are only allowed if credentialed for RV camping.
Approved RVs are allowed to enter with permanently affixed propane tanks, up to 20lb.
No motorcycles, e-bikes, trailers, buses, or U-Haul trucks are allowed in any camping area.
Emergency vehicle access roads must remain unobstructed at all times.
Vehicles must park as directed by Event parking and campground personnel.
All vehicles and camping equipment must fit within the designated camping spot.
One vehicle per car camping spot is allowed.
Once you are parked in a camping spot, you may not move your vehicle for the duration of the Event.
If you need to leave early, please contact Event parking and camping personnel so that you can be assisted in exiting the campgrounds safely.
No vehicle re-entry is allowed.

Campground Entry Conditions

The Event is 18+ -- all Attendees must have a ticket and government-issued photo identification that shows an age of 18+.
All vehicles, individuals, belongings are subject to search.
Any prohibited item that is surrendered to Private Security at search points will not be returned.
No unauthorized/unlicensed vendors allowed in or around the Campgrounds.
The Event and Private Security personnel at the toll booths reserve the right to make the final determination on allowed and prohibited items.

Campground ALLOWED Items

Any general camping items not on the Campground prohibited items list
Self-powered speakers small enough to be carried in one hand
Cooking appliances with propane as primary fuel with UL sticker – no more than 3 total 1lb propane canisters & only 1 cooking appliance per camp site.
Factory-sealed nasal
NARCAN – no more than 2 per person
Alcohol: 1 case of beer or 1 box of wine per 21+ person
No hard alcohol
No glass containers of any kind
Generators permanently contained in RV are permitted in theRV area only – maximum 5 gallons of fuel per generator.
Bicycles (allowed in the campground only, not inside the venue – bike racks will be available by the venue entrance in the campground)

Glass of any kind
Paint of any kind including paint markers and spray paint
Fireworks, projectiles, and/or explosives
Firearms
Chinese lanterns
Illegal Substances
Open fires
Charcoal grills
Propane tanks larger than 1lb or in quantities larger than in the Allowed list
Vending items without an Event permit
Motorized vehicles, including e-bicycles, e-scooters, go carts, ATVs, and/or UTVs Skateboards, rollerblades, hoverboards, scooters, and/or Unicycles (including One-wheels)
Pets (service animals excepted)
Generators unless permanently attached to motorhome or RV Gasoline
Kegs
Drugs and/or drug paraphernalia
Focused light devices, including laser pointers
Flags or totems with metal or wood pieces
Unsealed tampons
Pacifiers
Unsealed over the counter medications/vitamins
Non-prescription drugs or prescription drugs in non-approved prescription containers
Aerosol containers of any kind, including deodorant, perfume, and/or sunscreen
Knives with blades longer than 3 inches – Butter knives are acceptable in the camping area only.
Drones Tactical gear Large speakers.
Sticks, bats and/or clubs, including signs (or anything that could be deemed as a weapon)
Unsealed car batteries
