[LISTEN] DRINKURWATER Releases Electrifying Multi-Genre Debut Album, 'RIPPLE'

Bass music innovator DRINKURWATER has unveiled his debut album RIPPLE, a bold and genre-defying project set to shake up the electronic music scene.

The LP showcases DRINKURWATER's versatility as a producer, delivering a 10-track journey through an eclectic mix of dubstep, bass house, trap, hip-hop, and experimental bass.

It also follows the announcement of his inaugural headlining tour, featuring 20-festival and show dates across the U.S.

The album begins with the title track, “RIPPLE,” which transitions from a hip-hop-inspired rhythm into a riddim-laced bass drop.

“SENSATION,” already a favorite from DRINKURWATER’s recent festival sets, follows as a high-energy bass anthem, while “BIG ONE” features a grimy underground collaboration with VRG.

The album then takes a more melodic turn with “TOTHEOCEAN,” blending airy vocals with deep bass undertones.

Midway through RIPPLE, tracks like “DAS FROG” and “BODIES” explore DRINKURWATER’s experimental side, fusing frog-like sound design with dubstep in one, then pivoting to bass house and trap elements acoss the latter.

The interlude “ONL1” offers a brief, soothing moment before diving back into the chaos with “MOUTHFUL,” a hard-hitting riddim track designed for mosh pits.

The album keeps the momentum going with “LOST IN THE MUSIC,” which mixes future bass melodies and high-pitched vocals, and closes with “SUBMERGE,” a festival-ready dubstep anthem, ending the LP in intense fashion.

Reflecting on the project, DRINKURWATER said, “‘RIPPLE' is all about taking you on a wild ride through my music and sounds. I wanted to bring diversity while keeping the elements my fans love, and I hope everyone enjoys the journey as much as I loved creating it.”
