Club Space’s resident DJ and international touring artist, Malóne, has teamed up with Greek DJ-producer CJ Jeff and vocalist Ellivia to release a fresh Afro House take on the 1994 classic “Missing” by Everything But The Girl. Out now on Spinnin’ Records’ sub-label Spinnin’ Deep, this track brings a modern, danceable twist to the beloved original.

CJ Jeff and Ellivia previously collaborated on the track “One Two Three,” released on Spinnin’ Deep last year, making “Missing (Back To You)” a much-anticipated follow-up. Malóne, known for his infectious house grooves and precision in percussion, adds a distinctive flair to the track, perfectly complementing the contributions of CJ Jeff and Ellivia.

“Missing (Back To You)” captivates listeners with its evocative lyrics and an irresistible Afro House bassline. The track features layered percussion that creates a tribal atmosphere, making it suitable for both club environments and casual listening.

This release follows Malóne’s successful Latin America tour, where he headlined shows in Peru, Chile, and Argentina, including a sold-out performance in Buenos Aires attended by over 1,200 house music fans.

In addition, Malóne recently collaborated with fellow Miami-based producer Sounds Of Rituals and Latin superstar Jay Wheeler on the track “Cuando Fue,” a house remake of Wheeler’s reggaeton hit.

Reflecting on the project, Malóne stated, “We wanted to recreate this classic as properly as possible – a special vibe for the summer season, for all the beach clubs and open air vibes worldwide. Afro House is one of the biggest sounds in the world right now, so we thought writing something in this lane and style was a great choice of action. ‘Missing (Back To You)’ is melodic with strong drums to create those truly unforgettable moments in a set and party. We are honored about this opportunity to rework such an amazing classic.”
