[LISTEN] Night Tales & LAR Collaborate On Emotional Melodic House Anthem 'The Healer'

Night Tales, the duo renowned for their evocative musical storytelling and live-electronic hybrid instrumentation, is continuing their hot streak of spellbinding releases with “The Healer.”

Joining forces with talented melodic house artist LAR, and in collaboration with Empire Dance, “The Healer” embodies powerful vocals, sharing an emotional narrative of love and healing the strength of a meaningful relationship. It is seamlessly layered with enchanting synths, soothing melodies, crisp percussion, and a deep bassline that is guaranteed to hypnotize listeners.

Speaking on this breathtaking single, Night Tales shared, “We are always crate-digging, searching, and listening for new music and artists. We came across LAR and really vibed his music, so we reached out to him to see if he was open to collaborating. The end result of this collaboration created ‘The Healer’. This anthem is about being vulnerable while having the courage to admit your shortcomings and fears. It tells the story of sharing them with one’s partner, then forging a road to relationship redemption together.”

Adding in his experience in creating “The Healer,” LAR chimed in to say, “I have been a fan of Night Tales for a while. It was exciting when I sent them the early stages of ‘The Healer,’ which was this dark, moody, almost rock-influenced instrumental. They took it and turned it into a banger. I am really happy with how it turned out.” 

With cross-cultural ambitions and a sound that transcends borders, Night Tales’ music, a lively sonic relative of artists like Elderbrook and Bob Moses, offers a distinct fusion that strikes a chord with a diverse range of listeners worldwide.

After their debut album Proof, released via Ultra Records, Night Tales has reached audiences across the planet, bringing in over 50 million streams across all platforms. Their fan-favorite anthem, “Only If,” continues to rack up over 1.5 million streams each month.

The Australian duo’s current partnership with Empire Dance, highlighted by Billboard, marks a significant milestone in their journey as international music icons. This collaboration has been instrumental in their evolution, with singles like “Work It Out” ft. Champion DI, “Ready,” and “D.W.Y.W. (Do What You Want)” showcasing their prowess in melding different musical styles.

In 2024, this innovative pair has skyrocketed their influence far and wide, recently headlining at Miami’s We Belong Here festival and playing mainstage at EDC Mexico.

They followed these performances by venturing across Europe for their D.W.Y.W. tour, executing high-energy sets at Spain’s Abroad Fest, London’s Colours, and in front of a packed crowd at Paris’s premier nightclub T7 for an unforgettable show. 

Dominating beyond live performances, Night Tales was nominated for Breakthrough Artist Of The Year at the EDMA’s during Miami Music Week, in addition to performing alongside deadmau5 at renowned venue E11EVEN that same weekend.
