We selected 10 bone chilling festivals that are among the top rated electronic events in the nation. They will help you keep the spirit of festival season alive, while giving you a sinister music experience that is one of a kind. 

 

1. Outside Lands

 

California's prized Halloween festival Outside Lands will take place at the Golden Gate Park from October 30-31. Fans can expect to be spellbound by Tame Impala, Zhu, Tyler the Creator, and a variety of other artists. Not only is Outside Lands a stellar musical destination, but it also prides itself as being a next level culinary experience. Its Taste of the Bay Area program partners with local restaurants to bring authentic San Francisco cuisine straight to the festival. Attendees can also partake in a bubble tea party nestled in the woods or dive into cocktail magic where they can enjoy a drink while soaking in live music and magic tricks!

 

2. Suwannee Hulaween

 

Suwannee Hulaween is perhaps the most well-known and highly treasured Halloween festival there is. Located at Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park, the festival is known for its picturesque location and the special energy it possesses. Many experienced festival goers site Hulaween as their favorite festival of all time, and judging from all the splendor it holds that is not a surprise. This year will feature a Zeds Dead Deadbeats Takeover, Clozee, The String Cheese Incident, Lotus, and many more gifted artists.

  

3. Get Freaky

 

Get Freaky is sure to be a spine-tingling spectacle in Salt Lake City this Halloween. Headliner Rezz will take fans on a warped journey on Friday and Dillon Francis will bring the madness on Saturday. Fans can also catch G Jones, Figure, DirtyPhonics and Herobust. The event will be home to some extraordinary back to back sets this year including Mija b2b GG Magree, Midnight Tyrannosaurus b2b Downlink, and OG Nixin b2b Al Ross. There isn't a better place to let your freak flag fly this Halloween!

 

4. Escape Psycho Circus

 

Escape Psycho Circus has everything you’d ever want in a festival – extravagant performers and stage designs, unreal installations, along with a lineup packed with the best in electronic music. Noisia, Green Velvet, Mersiv, and Doctor P b2b Funtcase are a few of the acts that will be a part of this West Coast Halloween throw down on October 29-30.

 

5. Hocus Pocus

 

Miami's esteemed venue Club Space will be unveiling Hocus Pocus this year, which is a 3 day Halloween event in a brand new outdoor venue. Chris Lake, Red Axes, Adam Beyer, and a Bob Moses Club set are a few of the performances that will be present. Hocus Pocus will be a devilish love affair of all things dark and magical on the dance floor. Don't miss out on this iconic inaugural event in Miami!

 

6. Freaky Deaky

 

This year’s Freaky Deaky will be taking place at the Houston Raceway on October 29-30 for 2 nights of pure mayhem. The event is featuring the likes of Boogie T b2b Dirt Monkey, Troyboi, Claude VonStroke, Deadmau5, and more! This festival has taken place in multiple locations across the country over the last few years, and no matter where it is you can always expect a high intensity weekend filled with some of the best festival sets you’ve ever heard.

 

7. Paranormal Underground

 

 

Atlanta is bringing the heat this Halloween with Paranormal Underground. It established itself as a must-see event in the South thanks to the top-notch lineup accompanied with the grimy warehouse vibes of Underground ATL. The 2 day event will feature Headliners Zeds Dead and Rezz along with Must Die!, Boogie T, GG Magree and more. 

 

8. Nightmare Festival

 

Nightmare Festival did not hold back whatsoever and is bringing out show stopping artists in the industry including Modestep, Ivy Lab, Conrank, Evol Intent, and Bogtrotter. These legendary acts will be accompanied by stilt performers, acrobatics, and haunted house inspired installations.  

 

9.  Boo! Seattle

 

Imsonmiac's renowned Boo! festival will be taking place at Seattle's Wamu Theater. 12th Planet, Valentino Khan, Rusko and Fisher are a few of the jaw dropping performances you can expect to see. The event is known for its interactive and sinister atmosphere. Along with the music, performers dressed in elaborate costumes roam the venue making it a terrifyingly beautiful experience.

 

10. Dream Eaters

 

Dream Eaters is a thrilling multi-day event taking place in San Diego's Petco Park. The venue overlooks downtown making it easily accessible. Ravers looking for a West Coast adventures will rejoice as this event features fan favorites such as Illenium, Whetan, San Holo, and a Madeon live set!
