The Best EDM Remixes Out Right Now: Winter 2019 Edition

| February 13, 2019

With so much music coming out for festival season, there's no doubt that remixes are well on their way!

We love when remixes add that special signature sound to our favorite songs. We love those genre bending tracks that blur the musical lines. With a bunch of remixes that have dropped, it was hard to narrow down but here are our favorites for Winter 2019 below.

10. Rezz & 1788-L - Hex (Reaper Remix)

This song itself was a banger and Reaper added their own twist of distorted DnB onto it! Reaper has already been making noise in the underground scene with his appearances of his remixes.

9. Peekaboo & Grex - Baratunde (Eliminate Remix)

Midtempo bass music anthem of late 2018 just got ELIMINATED! Out of the remix package, we loved Eliminate's signature sound.  The track begins from using cinematic soundscapes that eventfully makes us feel wonky and up in outer space. Take a listen and you'll know what we mean!

8. Billie Eilish & Khalid - Lovely (Hippe Sabatage Remix)

The queen of no genres just got SABOTAGED! We missed Hippie's touch on vibey tracks like their remix of "High" by Tovelo. The boys remixed this track that leaves you in your feels and make you go woah!

7. Diplo, Elllie Goulding, Swae Lee - Close To Me (Felix Cartal Remix)

Hit pop song "Close To Me" just got a little groovier. Felix Cartal gave this love song a funky bass line and some bouncy kicks. Felix Cartel has done us well with this remix club friendly remix.

6. Party Favor - Blame (Tisoki Remix)

Party Favor produced this track that has become a radio hit and Tisoki turned this into a festival banger. Brostep producer Tisoki altered the energy of this catchy song to a jump heavy hitting dinger.

5. Marshmello - Happier (Svdden Death Remix)

Not the biggest Marshmello fan, but this remix sure made us happier. Listen to Svdden Death's aggressive tweaks on this for a blend of offset emotions.

4. Seven Lions (Feat. Fiora) - After Dark (Wooli & SampliFire Remix)

If you are fan of melodic dubstep and briddim, then this remix will sure hit the spot! Heavy brostep producers Wooli and Samplifire utilize the tracks psytrance segment and transformed the song into melodic riddim.

3. Zeds Dead & Jauz - Lights Go Down (Peekaboo Remix)

Peekaboo, we see you again on Zed's Dead & Jauz track. After dropping one of 2018's filthiest minimal festival anthem in bass music, Peekaboo doesn't fail to bring us another nasty song.

2. Ran D - Zombie (Gammer Flip)

If you're a regular festival goer, then you know it's on when you hear this track drop. Classic song from Ran D released almost 8 years ago is now one of the funnest most hype tracks to drop at hard dance sets. Check it out and see for yourself.

1. Virtual Self - Angel Voices (Lane 8 Remix)

The Grammy's are over but it's nice to see Virtual Self again. Angel Voices just got another signature touch onto the track with this soothing, heavenly produced remix. Lane 8, god of soulful progressive house brought this track into a sanctuary. Check it out!
