Groove Cruise to Cabo San Lucas 2022: The Ascension returns this year scheduled to feature the world's most talented DJs for an unrivaled EDM-fueled getaway. Back and better than ever, is this star-studded cruise taking place from Wednesday, October 19th until Monday, October 24th. Step aboard the newly-renovated Norwegian Jewel in Los Angeles and set sail for Cabo San Lucas.

The flagship event is headed by Whet Travel, who has been the leader in independent music cruise experience for almost two decades. As expected, The Ascension will deliver an exteme lineup that features over 80 artists from across the globe.

Headliners include previous Groove Cruise Ship Captain, Claude VonStroke, underground sensation Desert Hearts, British trance icon Gareth Emery, and a debut performance from melodic king, Said The Sky. To back up these heavy hitters is direct support viral “Do It To It” sensation, ACRAZE, house legend BLOND:ISH, and popular London producer Joel Corry. Adding to gifted hosts, Piano-driven melodic genius, MitiS will be making an unforgettable appearance.

Filling up the rest of the lineup, a wave of additional talent reaches all the sub-genres that EDM has to offer. House and techno will be put on constant display from memorable acts such as Deepfake, Gene Farris, Gettoblaster, Hannah Wants, Maxinne Mikey Lion, Rafe Barrios, Ship Wrek, and more. Blanke, Kendoll, Nurko, Trivecta and others are sure to bring the heavy bass and melodic realms to life. The festival plans on delivering one-of-a-kind stage takeovers from leading electronic specialists Born, Cloud Nine, Desert Hearts, Incorrect, and Space Carnival.

Attendees can lock in their spot on The Ascension for only a $99 deposit. There are various types of room packages to choose from. Some of the more affordable packages offer queen-sized beds, flat screen TVs, 24-hour room service allotted up to four guests. The highest-valued package are the Haven Suites: 24-hour butler service, private courtyards, hot tubs, and complimentary champagne are just a few of the many amenities.

Although the lineup is sensational, there is much more to do on the Groove Cruise than headbang and shuffle. The state-of-the-art ship encompasses 15 restaurants, indoor and outdoor bars and lounges, Bliss Nightclub, and a refurbished pool deck. In terms of extracurriculars, the Norwegian Jewel has a casino, video arcade, art gallery, two spas, a sports deck with basketball and tennis courts, and more.

Festival organizers will select one up-and-coming producer to seize a career-defining opportunity by performing during The Ascension programming.
