Moonrise Releases Full Stacked Lineup For 2017 Making It One Of The Top Festivals Of The East Coast

| July 09, 2017

Even though EDC is over, festival season is still in full swing. Although the East Coast saw the demise of Mysteryland and EDC NY this past year, there is a young festival that is quickly gaining attention and a devoted fanbase.

Moonrise Festival is in its third year and has been only growing and improving with each year. Like many festivals, Moonrise has been dropping its lineup in bits and pieces, but with the most recent phase, Moonrise is shaping up to be a festival to watch.

East coast ravers were thrilled with Phase 1 of the festival, which revealed a stacked lineup that included Afrojack, Madeon, Excision, Porter Robinson and Big Gigantic.

The first phase revealed the range of genres that would be rocking Pimlico Race Course in August. With the initial lineup, Moonrise promises to have something for everyone.

Phase 2 stunned Moonrise returnees and potential first-timers alike. The second release included hard-hitting performers like Kaskade, Migos, RL Grime, Boombox Cartel and Habstrakt among many others.

It's a rare occurrence when a second phase almost outshines the first, but Moonrise may have accomplished this.

As if Phase 2 hadn't been enough, Moonrise just dropped Phase 3 and jaws hit the floor. Among Big Wild and Alan Walker is a third name that stunned.

Dillstradamus will be returning to the festival circuit and fans are thrilled. The supergroup of Dillon Francis and Flosstradamus made waves in the trap scene when the group made its debut in 2016, and now Dillstradamus is back.

Moonrise is one of the younger festivals on the EDM circuit, but its youth makes it a festival to watch. The huge lineup and massive amount of talent that will be descending on Baltimore in August promise that Moonrise will see a huge third year.

Moonrise will feature four stages, incredible lights, and two nights of dancing under the moonlight.
