NYE Raves 2026: 7 New Year's EDM Festivals Across the US

NYE raves for 2026 are spread across the country, and seven major New Year's EDM festivals have confirmed dates. Most run December 30 and 31, Countdown and Proper roll into New Year's Day, and Fresh Start waits until January 2. Five of the seven are in the West, from San Francisco and San Diego to Denver and Phoenix.

Dates and lineups here were checked on each festival's own site in mid-September, and several bills are still growing before December.

Which NYE Raves Are on the West Coast?

California has three, and each is a different night out: a themed mega festival, a stadium house party and a hard techno takeover.

Countdown NYE, San Bernardino

Countdown NYE is Insomniac's New Year's festival at the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino. For 2026 it runs two nights, December 31 and January 1, the first two-day edition since 2023. Five covered stages and more than 75 artists are planned, though the lineup has not been announced.

An alien theme runs through the whole site, with carnival rides and zones such as the Galaxy Mall between stages. Passes come in GA, GA+ and VIP tiers.

Proper NYE and NYD, San Diego

CRSSD's Proper takes over Petco Park for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, and it is 21 and over. The lineup leans house and techno, with Lane 8, Green Velvet, Eli Brown, I Hate Models, Kettama and Sidepiece among the names.

This Never Happened and Daisy Chain each host a takeover, and tickets are on sale now.

Fresh Start x Teletech, San Francisco

Fresh Start teams up with Teletech for a hard techno takeover, and EDM Identity reports it lands on January 2, 2027. The party spreads across Pier 80 Warehouse, The Midway and 888 Garage.

Eli Brown, I Hate Models, Kruelty, Nico Moreno and MADGRRL lead a bill built for fast, heavy sets. Plan to shed your coat once inside, since packed warehouse rooms heat up quickly.

Which NYE Raves Are in Colorado and Arizona?

Two separate Decadence festivals share the same two nights, one indoors in Denver and one at a raceway outside Phoenix.

Decadence Colorado, Denver

Decadence Colorado fills the Colorado Convention Center on December 30 and 31, from 6 PM to 2 AM each night. Promoters bill it as America's largest New Year's Eve dance celebration. DJ Snake, Marshmello, Excision, GRiZ, Seven Lions and Zeds Dead lead a lineup that also includes Lane 8 and Green Velvet.

Entry is 18 and over, with 21 and over for the bars. Denver is cold in late December, but the show is indoors, so dress for the dance floor and bring a coat for the line.

Decadence Arizona, Avondale

Decadence Arizona takes over Phoenix Raceway in Avondale on December 30 and 31 under a Sands of Eternity theme. Chris Lake, Eli Brown, I Hate Models, ISOxo, Kettama and Levity are among the names, and entry is strictly 18 and over.

Which NYE Raves Are in Texas and on the East Coast?

Dallas and Philadelphia each host a two-night party, and both lineups are already out.

Lights All Night, Dallas

Lights All Night celebrates 16 years at Fair Park on December 30 and 31, with three stages. Tiësto, Chris Lake, Subtronics, Gryffin, Kettama and I Hate Models are on the bill, with each night announced separately.

Wednesday leans on Tiësto, Gryffin and Kettama, while New Year's Eve brings Chris Lake, Subtronics and ATLiens.

HiJinx, Philadelphia

HiJinx brings bass music to the Pennsylvania Convention Center on December 30 and 31, and it is 18 and over. Dabin, DJ Diesel, Subtronics and Tape B headline, alongside back-to-back sets from Excision with Wooli and Ray Volpe with Sullivan King.

If you want dubstep and riddim at midnight, this is the lineup for it, so bring earplugs and comfortable shoes.

Which New Year's Festivals Are Not Back This Year?

Four events from our 2024 list have not announced a 2026 edition. Together As One and Forever Midnight both still list December 31, 2024 as their latest edition. Excision's Miami NYE page still shows its December 2024 dates, and he plays Decadence Colorado and HiJinx this year.

Radiance has not announced a 2026 date either, and its old website now redirects to an unrelated site. Skip any old Radiance ticket links you find.

Which NYE Rave Should You Pick?

Pick by sound first. HiJinx is the pick for bass, while Proper and Fresh Start suit house and techno fans. Countdown, both Decadence events and Lights All Night mix genres across several stages.

Then check the age rule. HiJinx and both Decadence events are 18 and over, and Proper is 21 and over. Read the ticket page before buying for a group.

How to Plan a New Year's Rave Trip

Book your room first, because hotels near the big New Year's events fill up well before December. Buy tickets only through the link on the festival's own site, since fake resale listings are common for sold-out nights.
