Cancellation Policy: The event will take place Rain Or Shine.

Re-Entry Policy: Daily re-entry is only permitted for camping ticket holders.

DON’T LEAVE HOME WITHOUT IT

  • Rain Gear
  • Camping Gear: Tent, Tarp, Sleeping Bags (in the designated camping zones)
  • Your Favorite Hoodie and extra layers (for warm days and COLD nights)
  • Extra shoes/sneakers/sandals
  • Mud Boots (In case it rains)
  • Bug Spray & Sunscreen
  • Shade hats and sunglasses for sun protection
  • Bandana for dust
  • Aluminum or Stainless Steel reusable water bottle
  • Earplugs
  • Biodegradable plastic bags for your campsite (pack in, pack out)
  • Toilet Paper
  • Lantern, Flashlight, Headlamp (and extra batteries)
  • Flag or Balloon to Identify your campsite
  • Extra set of keys
  • Small Luggage (please don’t bring valuables)
  • Soaps, Detergents, Shampoos
  • Portable ashtrays for smokers
  • Extra Blankets

     

    YOU DON’T NEED IT TO SURVIVE, BUT YOU’LL BE HAPPY YOU HAVE IT!

      • Small luggage lock for your tent (please don’t bring any valuables – if you must, keep them locked out of view in your vehicle)

     

    CAMPGROUND PROHIBITED ITEMS

    These items are not allowed under any circumstances (Remember, we search every vehicle):

        • Bad Attitudes (Positive vibes only!)
        • Obscure gels, liquids, or wax, including vape juice (juice within tank is okay); refillable vape devices are allowed
        • Glass of any kind (this includes wine bottles, drinking glasses, pickle jars, and test tubes)
        • No kegs are allowed into the festival. We will seize ALL excessive* amounts of alcohol. *Excessive means anything over 1 case of beer per person and 1 box of wine per person. Kegs, glass, liquor, or vending of alcohol is not permitted in the campgrounds, and alcohol may not be brought from the campsites into the festival venue.
        • Weapons, items that could be used as a weapon, or harmful objects of any kind (including steak knives, pepper spray,etc)
        • Drones
        • Fireworks or explosives of any kind
        • Illegal substances
        • Bicycles, scooters, or personal motorized vehicles (including, but not limited to: golf carts, ATVs, motor scooters, powered skateboards, and airboats)Professional photography equipment (cameras with a detachable lens >2”, tripods, video cameras, etc)
        • Pets (even really, really small ones- Please reference service animal policy)
        • Box trucks or trailers (a camping trailer is OK, but it is considered an RV which requires an RV pass)
        • Charcoal, lighter fluid, gasoline, firewood or other combustibles used to generate flame or heat (other than gas grills).
        • Gas-powered generators
        • Gas cans
        • Laser pens or similar focused-light devices
        • Over-the-Counter Medications (unless in unopened, factory-sealed packaging)
        • NO OPEN FLAMES OF ANY KIND WILL BE ALLOWED. (CAMP FIRES, FIRE PITS, TIKI TORCHES, ETC)]

     

    FESTIVAL PROHIBITED ITEMS

    These items are not allowed under any circumstances:

    • NO Weapons of any kind including slingshots, sticks, bats or clubs
    • NO open flames, campfires or charcoal grilling (propane grills are ok in the campsite ONLY)
    • NO Outside food or beverages in the festival grounds, only in the designated campsite zones
    • NO Coolers or Ice Chests in the festival grounds, only in the designated campsite zones
    • NO Professional photography equipment or cameras with detachable lenses longer than 2 inches, without proper credentials (point-and-shoot cameras without additional lenses are OK)
    • NO Drones
    • NO Fireworks or explosives of any kind
    • NO Audio Recordings
    • NO tents in the festival grounds, only in the designated campsite zones
    • NO water guns or squirt guns
    • NO skates, skateboards or bikes 
    • NO Pets (even really, really small ones)
    • NO Box trucks or trailers (a camping trailer is OK, but it is considered an RV which requires an RV pass)
    • NO Drugs or drug paraphernalia
    • NO Refunds or exchanges
    • NO Laser pens or similar focused-light devices
    • NO Vending of any kind without a vendor pass (Sharing yes, selling, no. You know the difference.)
    • NO OPEN FIRES OF ANY KIND WILL BE ALLOWED.

     

    Totem Guidelines

    Decorated festival ‘totems’ are okay to bring but must fit within these guidelines:

    • Maximum 10ft tall
    • Must be made from lightweight material (eg foam, PVC / no solid metal)
    • PVC, Light Wood, Aluminium poles must be no thicker than 1″ diameter
    • Decorated pool noodles work great for easy entrance through security
    • Inflatables attached to totems must be deflated upon entry.
    • Please note that any items that are deemed dangerous may not be admitted into the event.

     

    Travel

     

    Parking + Rideshare

    Daily and weekend parking will be available in designated parking areas, and every car is subject to a $20 Impact fee by the Pima County Fairgrounds. There is a $20 impact Fee charged by the Pima county Fairgrounds. There will be a taxi stand available on site, and the festival is accessible for both Uber and Lyft.
