Top 10 Anticipated Sets At Imagine 2019

| July 26, 2019

Imagine Music Festival in Atlanta, Georgia has been climbing in the EDM community as a notable festival. We wondered how Imagine could respond after having such a stellar lineup last year and they’ve responded with another monstrous lineup!

Imagine isn’t your typical camping festival as it goes down on NASCAR grounds at the Atlanta Motor Speedway but it’s a raving party sun up to sundown.

Ravers come from around the world in their edm clothes for Imagine because of the lineup and proximity to the home of crunk, Atlanta. Although Lil Jon hasn’t appeared at Imagine (yet), the lineup is still filled with other crunk artists.

Recently Imagine announced its full festival lineup for ravers to crave over. I’ve seen a few artists on this lineup and of course I’m open to suggestions and new live acts but here are ten amazing artists to look forward to at Imagine 2019!

In alphabetical order:

Alison Wonderland

It took me until Hangout this year to finally see Alison Wonderland perform and she rocked the Boom Boom Tent. You couldn’t tell she had several performances across the country in a few days with her exuberant energy on stage. Expect to hear 90% of her own shit at Imagine!

Above & Beyond

Above & Beyond positively influences crowds so much they have their own Group Therapy weekend. Their melodic sound is sure to get you in your feels in a great way. The trio does wonders in producing an angelic environment with their performances.

Claude Vonstroke & Dirtybird Players Stage Takeover

Claude Vonstroke knows how to get a crowd down and dirty. His house vibes will get you dancing in Mexican sands or at pool parties around the globe. Dirtybird Takeover sounds like a like a dance party you won’t want to miss. Don’t sleep on this House Party!

Diplo

Diplo is one artist on this year’s lineup with major influence in the EDM community. Diplo has released exciting dance tracks under collaborative alias’ such as Major Lazer and Jack Ü as well as his own name; he even has his own Sirius Radio station, Diplo’s Revolution. Diplo sets are always fun and full of bass.

Jade Cicada

Jade Cicada is one artist on the lineup I haven't seen. Unfortunately, I missed his set at Bonnaroo this past June. After seeing video snippets of that set, I now know not to miss Jade Cicada at Imagine!

Louis The Child

Louis The Child is a duo who typically produces a happy upbeat style of music. However, a buddy credited them as capable of flowing between genres; a duo that will give you a little bit of everything.

Nora En Pure

Nora En Pure had an amazing Disco Inferno sets her last appearance at Imagine. The House DJ has her own original tracks as well as impressive remixes of other artists' songs like Rufus Du Sol. The Swiss DJ hasn’t missed a beat as she’s been touring the world keeping crowds moving their feet.

Sullivan King b2b Kai Wachi b2b Kompany

I can’t speak much on Kompany but if he’s part of any b2b with Sullivan King and Kai Wachi I support that set. Imagine announced this trio will be premiering 2019 festivities Thursday night. Sullivan King may be shredding and Kai Wachi throwing in bangers in addition to extra Kompany is a b2b to look forward to at Imagine!

Tipper

Tipper gets weird and wonky with his sounds and visuals. The lone Tipper set I’ve seen at Okeechobee was an entertaining whacky set that left me wanting to see more. Excited to see Tipper on this year’s lineup. Time to get trippy!

Zeds Dead

The Canadian duo, DC and Hooks, are no strangers to Imagine Festival. Zeds Dead always has memorable sets at Imagine, sometimes they even end with confetti! Since they have a Saturday night show I’m interested to see how wild it gets. People say Saturday is for the Boys!
