10 Must-See Artists at Ultra Miami Festival 2023 & Official Festival Guide
Ultra Miami Music Festival is making an absolute statement this year! The world-renowned festival has dropped its biggest, talented, and most diverse lineup yet. With over 25 headliners, from Swedish House Mafia to David Guetta to REZZ, every genre in the electronic spectrum is represented. Additionally, there will be a variety of colossal stage takeovers, special guest appearances, and transcendent auditory and visual production. Returning to Bayfront Park in Downtown Miami, the 23rd edition UMF will take place from Friday, March 24th, to Sunday, March 26. Kx5
Bringing together two of the most iconic artists in electronic music history, Kx5 is a collaborative project between Deadmau5 and Kaskade. This duo follows up on their previous hit releases of "I Remember" and "Move For Me". Skyrocketing to the top of the charts, their debut single, "Escape", featuring Hayla, racked up millions of streams in its first month. Since then, the pair has dropped more infectious tunes like "Take Me High" and their newest release with James French, "Avalanche". Now, these two veterans are making their highly anticipated inaugural Ultra performance.
Ganja White Night
Also performing at Ultra for their very first time, bass duo Ganja White Night is ready to show off their signature style in Miami. Hailing from Belgium, members Benjamin “Bamby” Bayeul and Charlie “Erwan” Dodson hypnotize listeners with their groundbreaking "Wobble" sound. For over 10 years, GWN has been dropping mind-bending originals, such as "Jungle Juice", "Miss You", and their Boogie T collab "Flava". From Dark Wobble to The Origins to Addiction, each one of their albums takes its audience on an ethereal journey through new bass-fueled elements. Ganja White Night is guaranteed to shock the crowd at Ultra, via their psychedelic visuals and interstellar soundscapes.

Dom Dolla b2b Vintage Culture
Opening new doors throughout the realm of house music, Dom Dolla and Vintage Culture have become figureheads in the dance music industry. Known for his groovy heaters, like "Take It", "Pump The Brakes", and "San Frandisco", Dom Dolla has captured a unique style of production that forces crowds to break out in shuffling. Recently, he has delivers breathtaking sets at London's Printworks, EDC Orlando, and other prime venues, playing his 2022 singles "Miracle Maker" and his "New Gold" remix. Equally as impressive, Vintage Culture will return to Ultra Miami after his memorable back-to-back set with Claptone last year. Vintage Culture is one of the most versatile artists in the game, with the ability to make spellbinding tracks in Brazilian bass, tech house, and melodic techno. This has earned him the Producer of the Year at the 2022 Electronic Dance Music Awards and made him one of Beatport's top-selling names. Together, Dom Dolla and Vintage Culture are excited to showcase their talent during their b2b set at Ultra.
Black Tiger Sex Machine Presents: PORTALS
The mysterious yet thrilling trio of Black Tiger Sex Machine, is highly praised for their immersive live shows and electrifying bass bangers. Following up first Ultra performance in 2022, BTSM is back for their global debut of their new live concept Portals. Based in Montreal, Quebec, BTSM are the label heads of Kannibalen Records, an imprint known for signing top-tier bass artists, such as Apashe, Dabin, and Kai Wachi. Their style of music is dark and aggressive, asserting control over listeners through experimental bass-fueled sound design. During their live shows, BTSM uses central mixers, drum machines, keyboards, launchpads, lighting that's synced to their music, and much more. There is no way to mentally prepare yourself for what BTSM has in store in regard to their Portals set.
Oliver Heldens B2B Tchami
Next up, is the globally recognized pioneers of Oliver Heldens and Tchami. Dutch producer Oliver Heldens has been dominating electronic music since he was signed to Spinnin' Records at the age of 17. Since then, he has earned residencies in some of the hottest nightclubs on the planet, such as Ushuaïa in Ibiza and Omnia in Las Vegas. Additionally, Heldens has put his mixing abilities on display at Tomorrowland, Coachella, Creamfields, EDC, and has been a staple artist at worldwide Ultra events. Tchami is also a monumental name in house music, having recently collabed with Heldens and Anabel Englund on their smash hit single, "LOW". Tchami is revered for being one of the founders of his future house style, delivering "Adieu", "Praise", "Eternity", and other mesmerizing tracks. Now, the two are teaming up for an Ultra Miami set with endless possibilities.
HI-LO B2B Testpilot
Oliver Heldens, will be actually be making two appearances at Ultra Miami this year. In addition to his b2b with Tchami, Heldens wil transform into his alter ego HI-LO for b2b with Testpilot. HI-LO is Heldens' techno moniker, which has become a powerful force in the underground rave scene. Releasing tracks on Adam Beyer's Drumcode, Filth on Acid, and other popular techno imprints, HI-LO has received support from Joris Voorn, ANNA, Nicole Moudaber, and Sam Paganini, to name a few. The opposing half of this b2b is Testpilot, the mysterious experimental techno project from Deadmau5. Combining these two reality-distorting acts means that there will be total auditory domination throughout their set.
Deorro
There is no artist on Earth quite like Deorro. For more than a decade, this Los Angeles producer-DJ hybrid has been breaking down cultural barriers and through the walls of genre with his innovative sound design. Stemming from the mind of Erick Orrosquieta, Deorro's career shot off to the moon when he released "Five Hours", which was proceeded by the global sensation "Five More Hours" with Chris Brown. Just when you think you've seen it all he puts out something entirely new and jaw-dropping, like his 2022 debut Latin LP, Orro. After unveiling the album, Deorro embarked on his 60-date worldwide Tour De ORRO, lighting up dance floors wherever he want. In 2023, he has started off the year strong with multiple addictive tunes such as his recent four-track EP Reflect. Deorro's set at Ultra Miami will feature songs from his massive collection of originals and tons of surprises as well.
Jauz B2B SVDDEN DEATH
For the extreme ravers going to Ultra Miami that crave hard-hitting bass and riddim, Jauz B2B SVDDEN DEATH has definitely got you covered. Jauz's identity is associated with riveting sets, genius production, and underground bangers that will keep audiences on the edge of their seats. He is also the label-boss of Bite This!, a platform that has featured notable names throughout dance music. If one thing's for certain, it is that Jauz stays true to his creed: "music has no boundaries". Joining Jauz on-stage will be the volatile and destructive SVDDEN DEATH, who is the reigning champ of the new age of dubstep. His sets overflow with haunting visuals and sub-wrecking basslines. This exotic artist has sold out the largest venues, from Red Rocks Amphitheater to the Hollywood Palladium. It is essential to witness the inaugural back-to-back of these bass-head legends.
Walker & Royce
At forefront of New York City's underground house scene, sits the irresistible duo of Walker & Royce. With decades of experience in production and accumulating DJing skills between them, this outside-the-box pair has put out records on Chris Lake's Black Book, Club Sweat, Claude VonStroke's Dirtybird, and other impactful house imprints. Over the past couple of months, they have collaborated with the likes of Nala, Mindchatter, and Ardalan, dropping house heaters left and right. In fact, Walker & Royce is red hot of their recent remixes of "Ruff Stuff", "Can't Kill Me" and "Could Heaven Ever Be Life This", along with the funky singles "Not About You", "Feel The Vibe", and their new EP Just What The World Needs. Keep an eye out for these two house gurus as they perform an Ultra set that will have you begging for more of their dance anthems.
Vini Vici
Last on our list, are the fathers of psytrance: Vini Vici. Consisting of Afula natives Matan and Aviram, Vini Vici has propelled their genre to main stage of the electronic music circuit. Since their breakout song "Great Spirit" went viral, the duo has collaborated with industry-leading artists, such as Steve Aoki, R3HAB, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, and plenty more. Their psychedlic trance merged with celestial effects and tantilzing vocals has resulted in major slots at EDC, Tomorrowland, Ultra, A State of Trance, and other flagship events. Kicking off 2023, Vini Vici has come out the gate firing on all cylinders with their new album 11:11 (Part 2). At their Ultra Miami set, you can expect Vini Vici to take hold of your mind, body, and spirit, with their light-speed psytrance.

Transportation
If you wish to avoid commuting to Downtown Miami and driving your vehicle to the festival, the Metrorail is a highly recommended and affordable option providing northbound and southbound transport to areas all around Miami-Dade County. The Metrorail also connects to the Metromover station, which has a stop located just steps away from Bayfront Park. The Metromover is a FREE transit service in the Downtown Miami and Brickell areas. If you choose to take advantage of the Metrorail, you can connect to the Metromover via the Government Center Station, which will drop you off right outside of the festival venue. In addition to normal operating hours, the Metrorail and Metromover will operate for 2 hours after the festival ends each day.
Tri-Rail is ready to get you to Ultra with train service from 18 stations including Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Delray, Boynton, and Lake Worth. Train fares are just $5 roundtrip on weekends and special late trains will depart one hour after each show ends, around 1 am on Saturday and Sunday morning and around 11 pm on Sunday night.
Skip traffic and pre-party on the way to Ultra with Brightline, the country’s ultimate high-speed rail experience. Ride from West Palm Beach or Fort Lauderdale and arrive at Miami Central Station, just a quick walk away from Bayfront Park. Trains depart hourly to get you to Miami, and late-night trains depart at 1 am on Saturday and Sunday morning (after Friday and Saturday night) and 11 pm on Sunday night.

- No animals except for service animals assisting an individual with a disability. “Comfort,” “therapy” or “emotional support” animals do not meet the definition of a service animal and are not permitted entry to the Event.

- No water guns, squirt guns, spray bottles or misters
- No musical instruments, noisemakers or air horns
- No professional cameras, flash cameras or video and audio recording equipment, or camera poles

- No confetti, streamers or loose glitter (wearable cosmetics are acceptable)
- Additional items may be prohibited at the discretion of law enforcement or security officials.
Clear Bag Policy
- Bags made of clear plastic, clear vinyl or clear PVC, which do not exceed 13”x17” in size are permissible
- One-gallon clear zip-top bags are permissible
- Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand either with or without a handle or strap are allowed
- Hydration packs (empty upon entry), which are NOT backpacks, will be allowed
- Fanny-packs or similar waist-packs will be allowed
- Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis for medically required items after proper inspection

Locker Information
Keep your Items Safe and Secure!
Keep yourself light on your feet by using one of our lockers to stow away your personal belongings. For the first time at Bayfront Park, we will be providing safe, secure and easy storage with all-day access so you can come and go to your locker, and your valuables, at any time.
There will be lockers available for General Admission attendees, with the option to choose between renting lockers for single days or for the full festival. If you choose to rent a locker for the full weekend, you will have the option to leave your belongings stowed overnight.
Charge your Phone!
Each locker will have access to a mobile charging pack that you can use to charge your device(s) throughout the duration of your rental period. You may take this charging pack with you when roaming the festival.
When you reserve a locker online, you will receive an email 24 hours before the festival containing your locker location, locker number, and lock combination so you can easily find and use your locker. Reserve your festival locker in advance to avoid waiting at the festival!

Live Art + Art Installations
Ultra will welcome a diverse spectrum of talented artists from around the globe to this year’s Live Art & Art Installation program. The festival grounds will be decorated with art installations by... (will be announced soon). Fans can view live art displays by world-class painters, muralists, sculptors, illustrators, graffiti artists, and more.
Mission: Home Sustainability Initiatives + Eco Village
Ultra will be incorporating many successful sustainability initiatives from 2021 as part of Mission: Home. Committed to preserving its home at Bayfront Park, reducing their environmental impact, and inspiring the community to protect the plant, Ultra will continue to expand the environmental consciousness through their sustainability programs. Ultra will once again implore Ultranauts to participate in Leave No Trace, a program that encourages attendees to never litter and respect natural elements, like trees, vegetation, and wildlife. Fans are also invited to volunteer with Clean Vibes, a responsible event waste and recycling program.
Returning for its 16th year, Eco Village is an area of the festival that hosts multiple interactive booths featuring activations from the world’s most influential nonprofit organizations. Presented by Climate Futures, this year's Eco Village will host Ocean Conservancy, Before It's Too Late, Bye Bye Plastic Foundation, Debris Free Oceans, Protect Animals Worldwide, and more.

RESISTANCE Miami Debut U.S. Club Residency
In addition to this March's flagship festival, Ultra is also bringing it's inaugural U.S. club residency to Miami. RESISTANCE Miami will launch on Thursday, March 23, with a takeover from Adam Beyer's Drumcode imprint. With performances from SASHA & JOHN DIGWEED and a yet to be revealed underground event on Firiday and Saturday, the residency will finish off the weekend with an Official MMW Closing Party on Sunday. This monumental residency will be based out of M2, a crucial part of nightlife history since its creation in NYC in the '00s. Now, M2 is reigning in a new era of the South Florida club scene with the opening of its Miami Beach location.
