Scooter Will Make it Loud in Europe 2022 Promoting His Newest Album
Scooter released his newest album “God Save the Rave” in 2021, which feels like a war chant against the pandemic. We are ready to rave again, Scooter is providing the tour of all tours to give us our EDM therapy. This will be an arena tour that will blaze throughout Europe starting March 2022 though October of the same year. Their energetic style mixed with front man “H.P Baxxter’s” hype-man vocal performance will be a guaranteed sought-after experience. Feeling fuzzy on the name Scooter? They brought you EDM classics like “Maria (I like It Loud),” “The Logical Song” and “How Much Is the Fish.” I can assure that they were a huge presence throughout most of our high school years.
Since I am a Scooter stan, here is a brief history of the group. Founded in 1993 Scooter (who went by a couple of other names before) began work on their debut album “…and the Beat Goes On!” which generated buzz. Once the second album “Our Happy Hardcore” started circulation that’s when (in my opinion) they solidified themselves in the techno scene with songs like “Rebel Yell” (A cover of the same song from Billy Idol) and “Crank it Up.” Fast forward to 2007 their 13th studio album “Jumping All Over the World” debuted featuring many of the songs they are known for to this day such as the insanely popular “Maria (I Like it Loud)” as mentioned earlier. After that the rest is history, 15 world tours later and here we are. Absolutely nothing slows this group down.
With the Pandemic still making a presence, dates are still subject to change as they did early this July. I can almost assure this tour will go on if not now, in the near future. If you haven’t checked this album out, now is the time. “God Save the Rave” is the perfect mix of hardstyle and trance while displaying a resilience to the solitary confinement we all had to endure. We hope to see you saving the rave.
