iEDM Radio Reaches Over 150 Episodes: Looking Back At Our Favorites
iEDM Radio just celebrated its 150 episode and we couldn't be more proud!
iEDM Radio began in 2014 as a way to give back to EDM fans, and to give up and coming producers as well as established stars the chance to reach fans on a new platform.
Every Sunday at 8:30PM EST, we premier an hour of music from some of the best artists in the EDM world.
Our artists premier new tracks and give us epic mixes so we can plug in those headphones and pretend we are back at our favorite festival.
Choosing our favorite mixes is almost impossible because we have seen so many talented artists in all genres like Nu Disco to Bounce to Electro House.
Let's reminisce together on some of our favorite episodes through the years!
FuntCase
About a month ago, we premiered a drum and bass treat from FuntCase. Back at Electric Zoo, FuntCase told iEDM his spirit animal is a lion in an exclusive interview HERE. Since then, the dubstep producer has been ROARING out new music.
Infected Mushroom
Infected Mushroom takes us deep into a psychedelic mix that goes from psytrance into a straight up robot dance party. Infected Mushroom is one of the trippiest acts you can see live, and they take us on an entrancing journey of music bending through drum and bass beats to industrial house.
3LAU
3LAU's mix takes us through a journey of emotions through music. From the silly "Selfie Remix" by Botnek and later to Avicii's heart wrenching "All You Need Is Love," we can't get enough. Learn how he got the name 3LAU in the iEDM exclusive interview HERE.
Golf Clap
Golf Clap are the creators of Country Club Disco. They take future bass house to a new level and make you want to dance all night. My favorite on this mix is the bass house track Shiba San's remix of Destructo's "Dare You 2 Move." iEDM got to catch up with them this year at Electric Forest to talk about their awesome stage dynamics in an Exclusive Interview HERE.
Showtek
This Dutch duo puts on an epic big room performance every time! They are two brothers who together are unstoppable in the EDM world. Their mix features tracks from Bingo Players to Ookay and we can't get enough.
Louis The Child
Louis The Child brilliantly blends together an awesome remix of Zhu's deep house track "Faded" then later a remix of Panama's indie rock track "Always." The duo comes from Chicago and has been blowing up playing major festivals in every city! This mix was only the 21st ever featured on iEDM Radio and it still is one of the greatest!
Shaun Frank
Shaun Frank has produced remixes and done collabs with some of the biggest names in the EDM world. This mix includes some of his mash ups and remixes for artists we love like Martin Garrix. He began as a singer then turned producer. iEDM got to sit down with Shaun at EDC to talk about his transition in an iEDM Exclusive Interview HERE.
Jayceeoh
Jayceeoh is known for his amazing turntable skills, and has even won contests like Master of The Mix. He plays a variety of upbeat tracks that will get you grooving! The mix starts out with some SLANDER and NGHTMRE then later gives us that bounce house "Deep Down Low" from Valentino Kahn.
Dada Life
This was a big one for iEDM Radio, because Dada Life are one of our favorites, so we couldn't have been more excited to premiere a brand new mix from them. They whip out some Bingo Players and Axwell & Ingrosso and give us an hour long of some dope tracks we hadn't ever heard but now can't stop listening to!
Doctor P
Doctor P is one of the OGs of dubstep and featuring a mix from this star was truly an honor. From Flux Pavilion to Zomboy, he gives us those dubby wubs we love. He also plays a lot of his own dope tracks like "Galaxies And Stars." This mix is a bass lovers favorite.
JES
JES is one of our favorite electronic trance mixes we have ever featured! She takes us on a beautiful journey through music with incredible build ups and pretty vocals throughout, giving us all the feels. She talks about her "Rock Star Diet" and a new track "Carry Me Away" in an iEDM Exclusive Interview HERE.
Quintino
Quintino is one artist who has truly blown up recently, and well deserved. His music and live sets are awesome for any genre lover and make you dance! His iEDM mix features some of his tracks that we love like "Aftermath" and "Milestone."
Blasterjaxx
Blasterjaxx just recently blessed us with new music and we have been listening on repeat since. Thom told iEDM that his favorite NYC memories definitely include teaming up with Hardwell and The Chainsmokers at Electric Zoo. Check out the iEDM Exclusive Interview HERE.
Thank you to all the artists and fans who have made iEDM Radio a success! We appreciate you all and will continue to keep releasing awesome mixes from your favorite producers.
To make your listening easier, we have even created playlist by genre so you can find the best new mixes every week!
